Shipping Policy
We use Royal Mail signed for service if you live in the UK and Royal Mails International tracked and signed for service if you live outside the UK both of which will require a signature on delivery.
International delivery charges will be calculated on the size and weight of your order.
Please be aware that due to the UK leaving the EU some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel and this will result in an additional cost to you if you live in one of those countries.
Monitor your Royal Mail tracking number carefully as your parcel may take longer to be processed through customs.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses as all parcels need to be signed for.

Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, for whatever reason just let us know within 7 days of receiving it at [email protected]
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, once we receive it back we will refund you in full for your purchase (less P&P)
Please note – All artwork is sold unframed unless otherwise requested.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon its receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can sort things out for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products (such as customised special orders which have been personalised for you). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange your item is to return the item back to us. Once the return is accepted a refund will be given (less P&P) then you can make a new purchase for the item you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to make sure that the item is in the same condition that we sent it out to you. Should this be the case we will refund you via your original payment method. Please note it can take time for your bank or Credit card company to process and post your refund.
